I just "ran" across your blog....actually, i was looking up information for "black toenails" and found your blog about the marathon....i am pissed myself. I am a runner, no marathons yet but i loved your blog because i am too scared to do a marathon.....however, your comments made me feel as though i may not be the only one scared haha

i have also applied to the doctoral program and am awaiting acceptance, i also have two daughters under 5....so in esscence, we have a lot in common and your blog made me feel normal
